CITY OF PROCTOR ORDINANCE NO. 01-26 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FRANCHISE ISSUED TO MEDIACOM MINNESOTA LLC
WHEREAS, Mediacom Minne-sota LLC (“Grantee”) holds a cable communications franchise, with an effective date of April 21, 2015 (“Franchise”), for the construction and operation of a cable communications system in the City of Proctor (“City”): and WHEREAS, the City and Grantee wish to extend the Term of the Franchise. NOW, THEREFORE, the City ordains as follows: Section 1. Section 8.8 of the Franchise is hereby deleted and amended to read as follows: 2.4. Franchise Term. This Franchise shall be in effect until April 1, 2035, unless renewed, revoked or terminated sooner as provided in the Franchise. Section 2. Subject to applicable law, all other terms and conditions of the Franchise shall remain in full force and effect and neither party waives any rights it may have pursuant to applicable law. Section 10. This Ordinance shall be effective upon its passage and publication in accordance with applicable law and its written acceptance by Grantee.
