Stop the Hermantown data center files lawsuit against the city of Hermantown

Stop the Hermantown Data Center (SHDC) has filed a lawsuit against the City of Hermantown.  They have called a press conference for 1-1:30 pm in front of the Hermantown City Hall complex.

SHDC alleges in its Complaint that the City has violated spot-zoning restrictions and otherwise improperly changed the zoning in the Adolph neighborhood.

SHDC, served a Complaint on the City alleging it has violated numerous state laws in its pursuit to further development of a Google hyperscale data center in the Adolph neighborhood.
