It is Ordered and Notice is given that on August 18, 2026 at 1:30 p.m., a hearing will be held in this Court at 100 N. 5th Avenue W., Duluth, Minnesota, 55802, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the Will of the Decedent dated September 19, 2016, (“Will”), and written list dated June 1, 2024, and for the appointment of John W. Unzen, whose address is 911 Woodland Drive, Moose Lake, MN 55767, as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an unsupervised administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate. Said hearing to be remote via Zoom. Notice is also given that (subject to Minnesota Statutes section 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred. Town of Grand Lake Candidate Filing Notice Notice of Public Accuracy Test Notice of State Primary Election Affidavits of Candidacy may be filed with the Deputy Town Clerk at the Grand Lake Town Hall, 5297 Highway 53, Saginaw, MN 55779, from July 14, 2026, to July 28, 2026, until 5:00 p.m. for the office of: Supervisor, Seat A – 4-year term. PROCTOR PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING City of Proctor Planning and Zoning Commission Monday, July 27th, 2026

Notice is hereby given that the City of Proctor Planning & Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider the following:
At 5:00 p.m: An application from Jeff Dellwo for a variance from the Proctor City Code 155.037, (C) Fences, Walls, and Hedges. Notwithstanding other provisions of this chapter, fences, walls and hedges may be permitted in any required yard or along the edge of any yard; provided that no fence, wall, or hedge along the sides or front edge of any front yard shall be over 2-1/2 feet in height.
Jeff Dellwo is requesting a front yard fence six feet high.  This would require a variance of 3-1/2 feet.

The hearing will be conducted with public input taken, commission discussion and their action to approve or deny this request by the Proctor Planning & Zoning Commission. The application, site plan and responses to variance criteria are available by request from City Hall.
