You were identified in the Petition or the Report of Examiner of Titles as a party who may have an interest in the above-described land affected by the Order below. If you object to entry of the Order, you must show cause, if there is any, why this Court should not enter the Order. To object to entry of the Order, you must file an Answer, and pay the filing fee or obtain an order waiving the filing fee, by July 29, 2026 (“the deadline”). ORDER
1. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that pursuant to Minn. Stat. §508.67, subd. 2, David Oberfeld and Pamella Oberfeld are now the owners in fee simple, as joint tenants of the following described land situated in the County of St. Louis and State of Minnesota, to-wit:

a. A new Certificate of Title showing David Oberfeld and Pamella Oberfeld to be owners in fee simple, as joint tenants of the following:
Lot 1524 CROSLEY PARK ADDITION TO DULUTH
EXCEPT all minerals and mineral rights.
Said new Certificate of Title shall be entered free and clear of all memorials
b. A residue Certificate of Title showing the State of Minnesota in trust for the taxing districts, to be the owner in fee simple of the following:

Lot 1524 CROSLEY PARK ADDITION TO DULUTH
Lot 1525 CROSLEY PARK ADDITION TO DULUTH
Said residue Certificate of Title shall be entered free and clear of all memorials
3. The County Auditor of St. Louis County has filed Auditor’s Certificate in the office of the Registrar of Titles as Document No. 148416 certifying that Lots 1524 and 1525 CROSLEY PARK ADDITION TO DULUTH sold on May 14, 1928, to the State of Minnesota for delinquent taxes for the year 1926 pursuant to judgment entered in the District Court of said County on March 24, 1928;
4. That Notice of Expiration of Redemption were given and that time for redemption has expired and that said land has forfeited to the State of Minnesota for delinquent taxes; thereafter the State of Minnesota conveyed said land, except all minerals and mineral rights, and the estate so conveyed is now held by the petitioner herein.
5. IT IS ORDERED that the above described sales to the State of Minnesota for delinquent taxes be and the same hereby is confirmed and that the claim of the State of Minnesota thereunder is hereby subordinated to the title of the petitioner, and that said tax sales and forfeitures be marked upon the Auditor’s records as having been paid and otherwise treated by the County Auditor according to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Section 508.53, so far only as the same affect the surface of the land hereinbefore described

(d) upon a dissolved, withdrawn, or revoked business entity governed by Minn. Stat. Chapters 302A, 303, 317A, 321, 322C, or 323A in the manner provided by Minn. Stat. § 5.25
(e) per Title 28 USC § 2410, and Fed. R. Civ. Pro. Rule 4, the United States Government must be notified at least 60 days prior to the deadline date in the manner provided by federal law for the service of the Summons in a civil action.
