In the Matter of the Ben and Jeanne Overman Charitable Trust
  Neuberger Berman Trust Company N.A., Petitioner and Trustee of the Trust above named, filed with the above named Court an accounting of the administration of said Trust for the period of January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023, all dates inclusive, together with its Petition stating that said accounting discloses all transactions in reference to the property of said Trust and the income therefrom during the period covered by said accounting, including a summary of investment position, an asset allocation, a detail of investment position, an activity summary, and a client ledger showing the transactions and items held by it as Trustee during and at the close of the 2023 accounting period.  The Trustee has requested that said accounting be heard and examined by the Court and, if found true and correct, that the accounting be settled, approved, and allowed in all respects and the fees paid be approved:
   IT IS ORDERED, that a hearing be held by this Court via Zoom through the County Courthouse in the City of Duluth, St. Louis County, Minnesota at 3:20 p.m. on the 9th day of April, 2024, at which hearing said petition shall be heard and said accountings examined by the Court.
    IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that notice of said hearing be given as follows:
  1. By publishing a copy of this Order one time in a legal newspaper for St. Louis County, Minnesota, at least twenty (20) days before the date of said hearing.
  2. By mailing a copy of this Order to the Attorney General of the State of Minnesota, Charities Division, 445 Minnesota Street, Suite 1400, St. Paul, MN 55101 at least fifteen (15) days before the date set for said hearing.
   No one is required to attend this hearing unless requested by the Court or unless they object to the relief requested in the Petition.  Any person who objects to the Court’s granting the relief requested in the Petition shall make their objections in writing to the Court on or before the date set for hearing.
  At the time set for hearing, if the Petition is unopposed, the Court will enter in the record the fact that there was no appearance in opposition to the Petition and that no objection to the Petition has been filed with the Court.  Thereupon, the Court shall make its determination on the strength of the pleadings.

The Petition represents that the Decedent died more than three years ago, leaving property in Minnesota and requests the probate of Decedent’s last Will (if any), and the descent of such property be determined and assigned by this Court to the persons entitled to the property. Any objections to the Petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper, and no objections are filed or raised, the Petition may be granted.
