The Duluth Scottish Heritage Association (DSHA) will host an evening of Irish and Scottish music and dance for its 12th annual “Thistles & Shamrocks” spring concert in Proctor.
The event is Saturday, March 2, at 7 p.m. and will take place at the Proctor High School Auditorium for the first time in its 12-year run.
The DSHA began the event to raise awareness of the organization and to celebrate Irish and Scottish culture close to St. Patrick’s Day. The concert will feature the DSHA Pipes and Drums band, DSHA highland dancing, special guests Alyson Enderle, the duet of Chris Cheney and Barit Allison and more!
A sponsored reception will be held at the conclusion of the event for all concert goers to enjoy. Tickets can be found on the DSHA’s Facebook page, ticketleap.com.
Tickets are $20 for general admission, $5 for kids and students. The DSHA strongly encourages concert attendees to purchase tickets ahead of the concert, but they will be available at the door.
