School Board Celebrations a) Amy Pocrnich mentioned that from what she has heard, students liked the testing in the classrooms better than the field house. b) Lynn Peterson mentioned the Bay View Times and the elementary math teams. She asked Diane Morin to comment about Math Masters led by Rachel Johnson. One 4th grade team took first place and the other took second place. Rails TV, Jr. has begun at Bay View. The Duluth Playhouse began its theater camp Monday, and an art camp will begin on Thursday. c) Jennifer McDonald thanked the Paszaks for coming to tonight’s meeting. d) Kimberly Parmeter encouraged everyone to attend the high school play this coming weekend. B. Student Liaison Board Member Comments 1. Eden thanked Girl Scout Troop 4026 for picking up trash. Prom is scheduled for May 13. 2. Brooke talked about the lacrosse team. Mr. Rohweder came into classes regarding the last six weeks of school and highlighting senior activities. She also mentioned the new soccer coach, Anna Kidd and stated Ms. Kidd is running a summer soccer camp. C. Township and City Communications – None XV.    Upon reading and filing the Petition of NORTH SHORE BANK OF COMMERCE, a Minnesota banking corporation, as Trustee of the above-entitled Trust, requesting an Order of this Court allowing its accounts for the period from May 29, 2019, through April 20, 2023, both dates inclusive, approving the Trustee’s acts during the administration of the Trust for the stated periods, authorizing the payment of final taxes, fees and expenses and distributions in the termination of the trust, and thereafter, declaring the Trust terminated and discharging the Trustee,
   IT IS ORDERED, that said matter be heard via remote video-teleconference (Zoom) between the parties and recorded from the Duluth Courthouse, 100 N. 5th Avenue West, Duluth, Minnesota, on June 20, 2023, at 1:56 p.m. or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard.
   IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that any and all persons having an interest in such matter may then and there appear and be heard, and that notice of such hearing be given by publishing a copy of this Order one time in a legal newspaper in St. Louis County, Minnesota, at least twenty (20) days before said hearing, and by mailing a copy of this Order to each party in interest in said matter, at their last known address, at least fifteen (15) days before the date of such hearing, and proof of such publication and mailing be filed herein.
   No one is required to attend this hearing unless requested by the Court or unless they object to the relief requested in the Petition. Any person who objects to the Court granting the relief requested in the accompanying Petition shall make their objections in writing to the Court on or before the date set for hearing.
   At the time set for hearing, if the Petition herein is unopposed, the Court will enter in the record the fact that there was no appearance in opposition to the Petition and that no objection to the Petition has been filed with the Court. Thereupon, the Court shall make its determination on the strength of the pleadings.

LOUIS SIXTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT DISTRICT COURT PROBATE DIVISION Court File No. 69DU-PR-23-155 Estate of jackie t. hanson, Decedent A Petition for Determination of Descent has been filed with this Court. The Petition represents that the Decedent died more than three years ago, leaving property in Minnesota, and the descent of such property be determined and assigned by this Court to the persons entitled to the property. Any objections to the Petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper, and no objections are filed or raised, the Petition may be granted.
