Dumas tweeted on March 24, they would be turning on their football stadium lights each night to unite their students and community together as the coronavirus continues its march through the nation.
Proctor is considering turning on their lights at Egerdahl Field on Monday at 8:20 p.m. for 20 minutes and 20 seconds, signifying the year.
The school is considering plans to turn on the lights every Monday at the same time . . . as a symbol of hope and an assurance that students are on the hearts and minds of teachers and staff.
Hermantown will also turn on their lights Monday nights at 8:20 p.m. at Fichtner Field in support of our students, staff and community. “We ask that you enjoy the lights from a distance and honor the guidelines of MDH. #BeTheLightMN #hawksflytogether Hermantown Athletic Director Beth Clark said on social media.
