City Council returns to live viewing Monday
It is not the way Proctor’s city council wanted to allow its citizens to view their meetings live. The meeting will be live via the TRAC 7 channel on YouTube beginning at 6 p.m., Monday, April 6.

The Mayor and Acting City Administrator, determined that an in person meeting is not practical or prudent because of a health pandemic. It has been determined that attendance at the regular meeting location by members of the public is not feasible.
By law, at least on member of the council must be in attendance. One or more city councilors may not attend.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Proctor will hold its regular Council Meeting on Monday, April 6, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. The regular meeting location is Council Chambers, Proctor Area Community Center, 100 Pionk Drive, Proctor, Minnesota.
In accordance with the requirements of Minn. Stat. Section 13D.021, Troy Dewall, Acting City Administrator, and Chad Ward, Mayor have determined that an in person meeting is not practical or prudent because of a health pandemic or an emergency declared under Chapter 12 of the Minnesota Statutes.
Because of the health pandemic and emergency declaration, it has been determined that attendance at the regular meeting location by members of the public is not feasible.
Because of the health pandemic and emergency declaration, it has been determined that the physical presence at the regular meeting location by at least one member of the body, chief legal counsel or chief administrative officer is not feasible.
Therefore, some or all of the City Council members may be participating by telephone or other electronic means.
